Please review all policies before booking your appointment. ✨ ✨ BOOKING & DEPOSITS • A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposits go toward your final service total. • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. ✨ LATE POLICY • A 15-minute grace period is allowed. • After 15 minutes, a $10 late fee will be added to your service. • Clients 25+ minutes late may need to reschedule depending on the remaining appointment time. ✨ NAIL PREP POLICY • Please arrive with bare nails when possible. • I do not work over another nail tech’s work. Soak-offs must be booked separately if needed. ✨ NAIL HEALTH & CONDITION POLICY •Nail Biters: Due to the lack of natural surface area and excess moisture, I do not service severely bitten nails. If you are unsure if your nails are workably short, please send a photo for a consultation before booking. • At-Home Glue/Fixes: Please do not attempt to glue down lifting or popped nails at home. This traps bacteria and can cause damage to your natural nail. I am not responsible for the retention of sets that have been tampered with or glued at home. ✨ REPAIR POLICY •Complimentary Fixes: I offer a 5-day guarantee on all sets. Any lifting or breakage due to application issues within the first 5 days of your appointment will be fixed free of charge. •Fixes After 5 Days: Any repairs requested 6+ days after your initial appointment will incur a repair fee. ✨ GUEST POLICY • To maintain a comfortable and focused environment, extra guests are not permitted unless approved beforehand. ✨ PAYMENT POLICY • Remaining balances must be paid at the end of your appointment. • All deposits and completed service payments are non-refundable. ✨ HOUSE CALLS • House call appointments require additional travel/setup fees and must be booked in advance. 👑 B. ROYAL NAILS — RAFFLE & PROMOTIONAL SERVICE POLICY All raffle prizes, discounts, giveaways, and promotional services are subject to the following booking policies. 🎟️ Raffle Prize Redemption * Raffle prizes must be booked within 7 days of winning and redeemed within 30 days unless otherwise stated. * A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the appointment. * Prizes and discounts are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the original winner. * Raffle prizes cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion. 📅 Rescheduling * Raffle and promotional appointments may be rescheduled ONE time with at least 48 hours’ notice. * A second reschedule is considered a cancellation and the prize/discount will be forfeited. * Once a promotional appointment has been rescheduled, the new appointment is considered the client’s final opportunity to redeem the prize. ❌ Cancellations * Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the raffle prize or promotional discount. * The deposit remains non-refundable. * If the client wishes to book a future appointment after forfeiting the prize, they must book at the regular service price and submit a new deposit. 🚫 No-Shows * No-shows automatically forfeit the raffle prize/discount and deposit. * A new appointment may only be booked at the regular service price. 💅🏽 Promotional Pricing Promotional pricing is offered as a limited opportunity and is not guaranteed to be available again. Once a client cancels, repeatedly reschedules, or fails to redeem their promotional appointment according to these policies, B. Royal Nails reserves the right to withdraw the promotional rate. 👑 B. ROYAL NAILS reserves the right to refuse future promotional bookings when repeated cancellations, rescheduling, or failure to redeem a prize has occurred. By booking a raffle or promotional appointment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
